Founded in 2003, Perfect Bookkeeping and Office Services, LLC is a small company based on a solid foundation of bookkeeping and office experience.

We have over 10 years of bookkeeping experience in a general office setting as well as 10 years experience in a medical office setting.  Our overall office experience spans a period of over 25 years.

Our aim is to provide bookkeeping services so that you may focus on the specifics of your business. We work in conjunction with your accountant to provide the financial reports needed for your operation and tax preparation. 

We have provided assistance to small businesses in many areas such as the startup, creation and maintenance of bookkeeping and records systems, website design and hosting services, as well as document editing and formatting.

By working with you as an independent contractor, you incur no 'hidden costs' in the form of employee benefits or payroll taxes.

We provide expert solutions for your business with the use of Quickbooks, Quicken or other financial software such as EZ Acct or MYOB. Other services are provided using MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint and Publisher or other programs such as DreamWeaver, PageMaker and Photoshop dependent on your job requirements.
